Michael Buble and Emily Blunt: No Longer a Couple

The swing-jazz heartthrob, Michael Bublé, has separated from British actress, Emily Blunt. The news confirmed by Bublé’s rep, Liz Rosenberg, with the statement, “They are no longer a couple, but they remain friends.”

The pair met in 2005, when the 25-year-old ‘Devil Wears Prada’ star popped backstage to say hello to the ‘Home’ singer after one of his concerts. Blunt was a fan of Bublé, but then Bublé became a fan of her, when he penned the song ‘Everything’ for the red-headed beauty.

Bublé’s mother, Amber, even said the nicest thing about her (then-ex) future daughter in law, “I love her. In fact if he doesn’t marry her, I’ll kill him. But we’d find someone in the family to marry her because we’re not letting her go, ever. She’s just the best thing ever and they’re perfect together”.

They have been together for 3 years, and also had purchased a $2.2 million home in Vancouver. But apparently, all the adoration and love weren’t enough to keep them together. Bublé has often noted in press interviews how difficult it was for them to spend some time together when both of them busy with their projects and far away from each other. He once said, “It’s not easy”.

The singer is currently on tour in England and Ireland. But maybe this time he will have a difficult time to sing one of his cover songs, ‘How Can You Mend a Broken Heart’, because he might still looking for the answer. Well, be strong both!!
