Balthazar Getty is Claimed to be Single

The guy that Sienna Miller’s publicly dating (and publicly flashing -if you know what i mean-), Balthazar Getty, released a statement yesterday that he and his wife of 8 years, Rosetta Getty, have separated.

On Monday, he said in a statement, “The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further”.

33-year-old ‘Brothers & Sisters’ actor already had 4 children with Rosetta, the littlest one is daughter June, who was born this past October. But in this last month, rumors (and eventually pictures) spread the internet that he is now with actress Sienna Miller.

The public affair had gave Miller a new nickname, the homewrecker. While according to a friend of Getty’s wife, she is humiliated by it.

The (un-legit) couple were last seen on Italy’s Amalfi Coast about two weeks ago. Miller was spotted topless, and both of them were seen very passionate at each other. I guess Getty made the statement to smoothen his romance with Miller. Agree?
