Britney Will Stay Under Daddy’s Care

Britney Spears’ life will still in her dad James Spears’ control for a few more months, as his control was extended through the end of the year by Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner Reva Goetz yesterday (7/31).

Although the singer is “reluctantly agreeing” to the extension of her father’s control, she did not elaborate and attorneys declined comment after the hearing.

But it doesn’t mean she will stay forever under daddy’s wings, because the arrangement could end sooner; Goetz scheduled an update on Spears’ progress for the end of October. So, she might be ‘free’ starting next year. Hopefully, in better condition, of course.

Since last February, James Spears was granted the power to control all aspects of his daughter’s personal and financial affairs, after Britney’s months of erratic behavior that resulted in two hospitalizations.

It looks like that her father is making improvement in Brit’s life, proven with her two appearances in the sitcom “How I Met Your Mother” and future album in progress.

I think it’s okay to be in your parent’s care until Brit have the strength on her own. Good job Daddy! Keep it up!
