$14 Million for the First Pictures of Jolie-Pitt’s Baby Twins!

As we previously reported, People magazine had won the Jolie-Pitt’s twins’ first picture bidding. The number was estimated between 10 - 15 million dollars at that time.

But now, it was reported that the exact amount is 14 MILLION DOLLARS! an astonishing record for celebrity’s first baby picture. And another additional information, the photo rights won’t be solely for People magazine, but also for Hello! magazine, with all proceeds going to charity.

Back in 2006, People magazine reportedly paid $4 million for North American rights to pictures of Jolie and Pitt’s first biological child, Shiloh. The couple donated the money from the photos of Shiloh, who was born in Namibia, to charities helping African children.

It was informed that yesterday, Getty Images had done an exclusive photo shoot of Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, along with the whole family. Mom and Dad, plus the brothers and sisters (Maddox, Zahara, Pax and Shiloh). The amount paid by the magazines for the photo rights is not announced.

A statement from Getty Images said, “The Jolie-Pitt family and Getty Images have agreed that all proceeds will be used for charitable purposes”. The photos will be published on Monday in People in North America and in Hello! elsewhere.
