Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa Join ‘Ugly Betty’

It’s a favorite show, and crowded with stars. After Lohan guest starring in ‘Ugly Betty’, more names came up on the list. Actor Mark Consuelos is one of them. And now, Consuelos’ wife Kelly Ripa and her partner on “Live with Regis and Kelly”, Regis Philbin will be on the series too. The talkshow hosts will play as themselves in the premiere episode of Ugly Betty’s new season.

The episode that will be aired on September 25, opened with Wilhelmina Slater (Vanessa Williams) and Alexis Meade (Rebecca Romijn) appear on the chat fest to promote the upcoming issue of Mode magazine.

It is the first issue of Mode since Alexis fired her brother Daniel (Eric Mabius). Regis and Kelly are the one who put her in the hot seat of their show. Sound interesting…
