Sean Paul not only ‘Got Busy’. He got busted too.

The Jamaican-born singer was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession last Friday (8/8). He was brought at the annual Swedish music fest, “Uppsala Reggae Festival” to a local police station.

But 35-year-old Paul wasn’t the only one. In fact, it was rumored that 200 to 300 people also were brought in from the Fest this weekend, also on drug-related charges. Ten performers also were hauled in for questioning but then they were later released. Now that’s what I call a BIG bust!

Police said that they collected evidence at the scene and an investigation is currently underway. Paul’s rep hasn’t released any comments about the case.

He plans to release his next album “The Next Thing” this summer, with 4 music videos from the album’s singles already in the market. But with this came up, the release date could be re-scheduled. Paul should learn a lesson or two.
