As a magician, David Blaine is always looking new stunts to improve his skill (and gain fame too, of course). He had tried many challenging stunts, such as; buried alive in a coffin for a week, lived in water for more than seven days and fasted for 44 days while suspended in a box over the Thames river.
Now he’s preparing to do a new stunt, more challenging than before, by doing it live on The Oprah Winfrey Show. On April 30th he tries to break the world record for breath-holding on pure oxygen. He attempts to hold his breath live on the Oprah Winfrey show for over 16 minutes, using 100% oxygen in front of a panel of Guinness World Records judges. Current record for holding one’s breath using pure oxygen is 16 minutes 14 seconds held by a guy named Tom Sietas.
Nothing more to say except, Good Luck then! But don’t hold your breath too long till your face turns blue! Coz I believe Oprah won’t give you any CPR, Blaine.
