Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s $16 Million New Home!

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are not playing with their preparations for adding another member in the family.

The couple had just bought a $16 million house in the Brentwood neighborhood of L.A., California that’s (presumably) bigger than their house now. The 9,900-square-foot traditional-style home sits on nearly an acre of property and includes 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, 6 fireplaces, a brick wine cellar, a library and a 3-car garage.

The master bedroom features his and hers master bathrooms. Affleck’s is designed with dark marble; Garner’s is with amber tile. Luxuriousss…

Not stopping there! The house also has a large pool, pool house, outdoor fireplace, a large lawn, seating area and a deck with a built-in barbecue. Definitely a house that their two children would love! The estate is designed by Brentwood residents Steve and Brooke Giannetti, planned to be completed by the time Garner gives birth.

Affleck once said in an interview, “We’re very happy. Things couldn’t be better. We’re kind of taking it easy and just kind of enjoying a little downtime at home”.

Hmmm… spending more time with a dashing little family in a gorgeous house, nothing beats that! The proud parents of 2-year-old Violet are expecting the newborn around early next year.
