Adrian Grenier and Isabel Lucas Split Up

Isabel Lucas, the girl who was the passenger on Shia LaBeouf’s car crash last month, had been reported no longer a couple with Entourage’s star Adrian Grenier.

It was reported that the couple broke up about three weeks ago, right after the accident that left LaBeouf with a crushed hand. According to a source, “It wasn’t working out. Adrian saw her with Shia and that was kind of it – the crash, their hanging out. He obviously didn’t appreciate it.” Grenier’s rep hasn’t released any comments yet, while Lucas’s rep confirmed the news by saying that the actress is single.

The “Transformers 2″ co-stars involved in the accident; where 22-year-old Lucas was treated for minor bumps and bruises at the hospital and released, but LaBeouf got worse condition, his hands are still in wraps. They were asked about their relationship, but no confirmation if there’s a romance between the two.

I guess the car crash had more effects than just bruises and broken bones…
