Chris Kattan and Wife Separated Only After Eight Weeks of Marriage

Sad news comes from former SNL (Saturday Night Live) star, Chris Kattan. He and his wife of eight weeks, Sunshine Tutt have separated.

Kattan’s rep, Jill Fritzo had confirmed, saying the couple are “just separated” and have “no plans for divorce at this time”. No reason was given for the split. Before the wedding that took place in Yosemite Valley, 37-year-old Kattan and 31-year-old Tutt had been dating since 2005 after meeting at a birthday party.

Besides having problem in his marriage, Kattan is now busy with work after SNL. He lend a voice for a character in animation movie “Foodfight!” that was released this year. His next project is “Hollywood & Wine”, a movie about a Hollywood chef and an aspiring actress embark on a get-rich-quick scheme, setting off a comedy of errors. It’s currently on post-production, and planned to hit theaters next year.

Hmm… hopefully they can solve whatever problems they had. People always said that marriage is not easy, especially those early months. Maybe this separation just another way to adapt with married life. Who knows, right?
