Jennifer Aniston As a Stalker in 30 Rock TV Series

Jennifer Aniston back on comedy series. But not as Rachel Green, of course.

38-year-old Aniston will play a “free-spirited, Fatal Attraction-like stalker” when she guest stars on NBC’s “30 Rock”. She will play Claire Harper, the former roommate of Liz Lemon (Tina Fey), and begins to stalk Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin).

Aniston already shoot some scenes in New York City on Wednesday night, and the episode will air this fall. Tina Fey, as the creator, executive producer and star of the series, shared her comments about Aniston, “Jennifer is not only incredibly lovely to have around, she also has what the young people would call ‘mad skills.’ We’re very excited that she’s joining us,”

The Emmy-award winning comedy is also reported approaching Oprah Winfrey to follow Jennifer Aniston’s footsteps. Apparently the series attracted many celebrities to guest stars, because of its successfulness.

30 Rock currently nominated for 17 Emmys. The series returns with its third season premiere on Thursday, October 30th 9:30PM ET/PT on NBC.
