Eddie Murphy Will Be Back on Cinema With Beverly Hills Cop IV

Eddy Murphy in One of Beverly Hills Cop Scene
Back in July, there were news about Eddie Murphy retiring from acting. But maybe the comedian postponed his retiring for doing a movie that were historical in his career.
Murphy might felt his last movie “Meet Dave” was a bit dissapointment, but he got long list of great roles before that. Not only as actor, with awesome ability doing many characters in one movie, but also as a donkey, if you know what I mean.
Back in the early 80’s, Murphy was in a great comedy/action movie, he brings out his personality in the movie, and nobody does it better than him. I’m talking about being a cop in the elite Beverly Hills area.

Yap, Eddie Murphy reportedly will be back on the big screen acted as ‘crazy’ Detective Axel Foley, in the fourth installment of “Beverly Hills Cop”. It will be another movie that’s ‘blast from the past’ to gain it’s previous successfulness, just like “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull” or “Die Hard 4.0″. Murphy was reportedly happy with the current outline, which was described as an attempt to recapture “the feel of the original”.
Director Brett Ratner promises that beside Murphy back on the lead role, the movie will also keeping its Grammy-winning theme song. Composer-producer Harold Faltermeyer’s synth-pop theme will get an update, but not too much. As he said, “It’s a whole new interpretation”. Paramount Pictures is said to be aiming for a 2009 production start, in time for a 2010 release date.
Oo ooww… the movie’s theme song is now playing on my head… It will goes on my must-seen-movie list! Keep up the good job Murphy!
