Cynthia Nixon Will Make It Legal

One of the stars of “Sex and the City”, Chynthia Nixon, is planning to legalized her relationship with her partner of (almost) four years, Christine Marinoni. Their relationship is getting stronger everyday, but the fact that she has gone through breast cancer and beating it, what encouraged her to tie the knot.

The 42-year-old actress, who plays Miranda on “Sex and the City,” said she wanted to keep the disease private while she went through treatment: “I didn’t really want to make it public while I was going through it. I didn’t want paparazzi at the hospital, that kind of thing”.

Cynthia has underwent surgery and six-and-a-half weeks of daily radiation treatment after she was diagnosed with the disease in 2006. The experience has prompted her desire to cement her union to Marinoni with an official declaration of the couple’s commitment to one another.

“Cynthia and Chris want a quiet autumn ceremony in Vermont, under the red leaves. It’s supposed to be a very low-key gathering, just for close friends and family”, said a friend.

Maybe this time Cynthia feels ready to step into a marriage (a.k.a union), since the previous one, 15 years of struggling with Danny Mozes. Well, if Marinoni is the one for her, let’s just hope all the best for them.
