Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair Scandal
Again, and again. Not so long ago there’s a story about Miley Cyrus and her bra, well… apparently the story has gone further.
This 15-year-old girl was seen in a ‘provocative’ photos for (un-released) Vanity Fair which spread on the Internet last week, in which she looked like she didn’t wear anything, but covered her body only with sheets.
On Sunday, according to People, Miley Cyrus was apologizing for a series of playfully provocative photos. “My goal in my music and my acting is always to make people happy. For Vanity Fair, I was so honored and thrilled to work with Annie [Leibovitz]. I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed”.
A source close to the singer tells PEOPLE that Cyrus is clothed but shown by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz in such a way that that the teen appears to be topless.
She also added a few statements regarding her previous private pictures that leaked in the Internet, “The pictures of me on the Internet were silly, inappropriate shots. I appreciate all the support of my fans, and hope they understand that along the way I am going to make mistakes and I am not perfect. I never intended for any of this to happen and I am truly sorry if I have disappointed anyone.
“Most of all,” she says, “I have let myself down. I will learn from my mistakes and trust my support team. My family and my faith will guide me through my life’s journey”.
On the other hand, as the ‘place’ where Miley grows up, the Disney Channel has come up with a statement too. “Unfortunately, as the article suggests, a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines”.
Describing the photo session to PEOPLE, a source close to Cyrus reiterated the teen’s excitement at working with Leibovitz, and also said of the shoot: “Her parents were there all day. [Father] Billy Ray shot, too”.
Though Cyrus’s parents left before the final shot, with Miley supposed to be appearing topless, the source said: “Miley’s grandmother and her teacher were there when she shot it. Annie convinced them it was going to be artistic. Her parents are mortified. They know this is a learning moment for Miley. The photo suggests that she is [naked], but she is not. She is covered by a sheet, and beneath the sheet she is clothed. Originally, she was in a flesh-colored tank top but was asked to remove it”.
In a statement to The New York Times, Beth Kseniak, a spokeswoman for both Vanity Fair and Leibovitz, said: “Miley’s parents and/or minders were on the set all day. Since the photo was taken digitally, they saw it on the shoot and everyone thought it was a beautiful and natural portrait of Miley”.
My my my… miley has really grown! Too much to handle at very young age, I think she should wait until the fruit are ripe and ready. Then, the wisdom will also follows.

They’re neither. they’re not artistic as any mediocre photographer could’ve thought that stupid pose up, and they’re not indecent. : | NOTHING IS SHOWING. wtf. : /
however that one of her and her dad is a bit awkward, but nothing to complain about.

Ashley, maybe for REGULAR 15 year olds, but she’s a DISNEY CHANNEL STAR! She has young fans who love her and dont want to see her like that. she’s a slut.
Kat, whether it’s showing something or not, she doesnt have a top on. Its enough for young fans to know that she was naked. My 3 year old cousin LOVES Hannah Montana and ran to the TV screen when E! came on. Miley should be embarrassed!
Bottom line: They’re innappropriate, Miley is a slut, and if she doesnt get herself under control, watch Disney channel cancel “Hannah Montana”.

i agree with vya. although i wouldn’t call her a slut. she hasn’t been sleeping with every guy but im sure she prolly would if she could. she needs to get her shit together, but she is normal and people make mistakes.
she doesn’t have to be not normal or perfect just because she’s a “disney channel star”.who cares. she thinks she’s so hot when she’s not. there are way prettier girls out there than her. that’s why she takes photos like that so she can get more attention on how hot she is by guys. when Ah-ha she’s only 15.
she doesn’t know anything about the real world. she’s protected by everyone.

Okay, I’m sure Miley Cyrus may be a nice young lady and all, but come on.. she really does need to grow up and stop taking racy pics just for attention.. it’s sad to see another celeb go down the tube because of their idiotic behaviors… She has NO IDEA what the real world is like, because she is protected by fans, and media, etc. She is Average just like every other tenn girl out their, she just gets a little more attention, so my advice to her, is just to take hold of reality and try to really think about what other people feel like when compared to her, she needs to realize that she’s just like everyone else,and stop trying to get more!!
