Amy Winehouse is Planning to Get Divorce

The ‘Rehab’ singer, Amy Winehouse, is planning to get a divorce from her husband, Blake Fielder. Her husband, who’s currently in prison awaiting charges of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, is claimed to be a bad influence for her. “She can’t ever see Blake again for her own good. If Amy wants to start over she needs to bury her past”, said a source.

Amy’s reportedly told Blake their marriage was over last week and she plans to rebuild her life with Alex Haines, who is Amy’s manger’s aide.

The 24-year-old’s mother, Janis, has admitted she is “very concerned” for Amy and hopes the star will soon split from Blake and clean up her life. Janis said: “If the divorce is true, I would welcome it. I’ve said it before I wouldn’t shed a tear if the marriage ended”.

But Alex’s being not a bad influence is still in question, because Alex is seen drinking, dancing and wrapped up in toilet paper in a series of photographs and a video released on social networking websites MySpace and Facebook.

Well, hopefully Amy is making the right choice, and not jumping from a lion’s mouth to another crocodile’s mouth. Cos it’s such a shame seeing a very talented musician wasting her life with the wrong man!
