Shia Labeouf (People)

More good news for Shia LaBeouf. The actor already off the hook from the DUI charges, and on Monday, the pair who were involved in the accident got charged, relieving Shia from the accusation for being the one who caused the crash.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office filed one misdemeanor count apiece for two people who were involved in the July car crash. They are 22-year-old Herbert Simon and 21-year-old Kimberly Bent, charged with giving police false information about the wreck. As said by a spokeswoman for Los Angeles District Attorney Steve Cooley’s office, Bent told police after the crash that she was driving, but that investigators suspect Simon was behind the wheel.

LaBeouf was initially arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, but that charge was dropped a few days ago. Although the 22-year-old still face a possibility that he could lose his license for not submitting to a breathalyzer exam, but his lawyer, Michael Norris said that he is confident LaBeouf’s license will not be suspended.

Now all LaBeouf had to concern is the healing process of his injured hand. Because apparently his job is going swell, even after the accident. He continues filming “Transformers 2″ with his injured hand as part of the script, and his “Eagle Eye” movie, who was just released a few days ago, already sit at the top of box office.

Everything’s lookin’ good. We’re happy for you Shia!!
