Janet Jackson Will Resume Her Tour

For the last couple weeks, the “Feedback” singer, Janet Jackson had to be hospitalized, because she’s having some serious-but-mysterious ill. The condition pushed the singer to postpone several of her concerts and brought disappointments to her fans.

But now there’s a good news! Jackson is reportedly getting better and will resume her “Rock Witchu Tour” this weekend. A statement released by Jackson’s promoter, Live Nation said, “Janet, who has been under her doctor’s care and recuperating over the last week, is excited about getting back on the road and again being able to share with her fans what she feels is one of her best stage shows ever”. Her first concert post-recovery will be on Saturday in Uncasville, Conn.

“Rock Witchu Tour” is quite an important tour for 42-year-old Jackson, because this is her first tour in nearly seven years. The tour will mostly visit Canada and the United States, even though Jackson herself has expressed interest in touring countries outside of North America. Despite her interest to do a broaden tour, the promoter hasn’t planned any additional dates.

The two and a half hour show featured a special bonus, where Jackson not only performed on her latest hits, but also all of her memorable hits, including those from her pre-”Control” days. Because of the re-scheduled concerts, the tour might be ended around late November. Let’s just hope Janet will be really healthy to continue the tour, and her tour afterwards run smoothly.
