It was more than four years ago when couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony say “I do” for the first time. But the pair have renewed their wedding vows in Las Vegas early Sunday morning.

The vow renewal ceremony was held at 3:15 a.m., and it took place at the newly renovated Forum Tower Penthouse at Caesars Palace. According to the hotel’s rep, the service officiated by Reverend Steven Smith, the couple say their “I do(s)” once again, witnessed by two friends. An onlooker also shared the moments, saying, “It was totally a spur of the moment thing. They decided around 12:30 in the morning that they wanted to do it and started calling for ministers”.

The ceremony got a last-minute change that moved the vow-renewal from a balcony to a warmer, indoor climate. A friend said, “Marc actually said the suite was so beautiful that it deserved it’s own zip code. He thought it was perfect (for the occasion).” Lopez reportedly wore a black dress, and both couples sipped Dom Perignon champagne to celebrate as twelve people attended the ceremony.

Lopez and Anthony welcomed twins Emme Marbiel Muñiz, and Maximilian “Max” David Muñiz on February this year. Lopez’s last album, “Brave,” released last year before she got pregnant with the twins. Next year, she’s planning to released a greatest hits album. On her acting career, Lopez is rumored will be in “Austin Powers 4″ and played as Olivia Greenleaf in “Love and Other Impossible Pursuits,” a novel-based movie, slated to hit theaters next year. While husband Marc Anthony latest entertainment activity was starred as Hector Lavoe in “El Cantante” along with Lopez (who acts as Lavoe’s wife in the film). The film was released in August 2007.

Renewing vows is a nice thing. I guess, it will automatically strengthen the marriage’s bond for the couple, intentionally or unintentionally. But, whether vows were renewed or not, it’s the act to stay loyal with your spouse that matters most. Congrats both!
