Michael Caine as a Co-host for Nobel Peace Concert

Not only Scarlet Johansson who will be a host for this year’s Nobel Peace Concert, senior actor Michael Caine will also become a co-host for the event.

Organizers of the event announced that the 75-year-old actor will accompanied the beautiful Scarlett Johansson on December 11 show, honoring this year’s laureate. The selection of this two-time Academy-award winner; in 1986’s Hannah and Her Sisters and 1999’s The Cider House Rules, was released by organizers a day ahead of the general announcement.

Caine will be hosting a show where Diana Ross will act as the headline. It will also includes other artists, such as singer Feist, Dierks Bentley, Julieta Venegas and Seun Kuti.

Former Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari won the coveted prize for his peace efforts on several continents over many decades. The concert has in the past been shown on television in 100 countries and is the most popular event on the Nobel calendar. It is held the day after the Nobel peace awards ceremony.
