The star of My Name is Earl, Jaime Pressly, had confirmed that she and fiancé Eric Cubiche have separated. The actress said to Access Hollywood, “We are taking a break from our relationship but we are together everyday with Dezi and still love each other very much.” Pressly then continued, “As you know we have been friends for over 10yrs and will remain close friends as we both adore our son and want to make sure he knows we both love him more than life.”

Before getting engaged in October 2006, 31-year-old Pressly and 33-year-old Cubiche had been friends for ten years. The couple dated for one and a half years, then got blessed with a son who was born on May 11, 2007 at 7:31 a.m. in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Their first child together was named Dezi James Calvo.

Although in the My Name Is Earl series Pressly’s character named Joy, but it looks like her life right now is a contradiction of the name. But it’s okay… keep on strong, Jaime!
