Marilyn Manson Broke Up With Evan Rachel Wood

Another split happened on celebrity couple’s relationship. Ouch.

Actress Evan Rachel Wood was reportedly had separated from boyfriend Marilyn Manson a few weeks ago. She had dumped Manson from her house after he tried to kick her brother Ira out of their guest house. A source said that the 21-year-old actress owned the house and didn’t want her unemployed sibling living on the street. It was also reported that Wood have had enough with Manson’s behavior. The act of kicking Wood’s brother was the tipping point, because Manson was said very controlling and often emotionally abusing her.

The Gothic singer, whose real name Brian Hugh Warner, started dating Wood in December 2006, as his marriage to burlesque performer Dita Von Teese was almost over. This 39-year-old singer met Wood when she was chosen to be in his Heart-Shaped Glasses video. Manson said Wood was the inspiration behind the song. Wood is also going to be in Manson’s upcoming horror film Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll, planned to be released next year.

Manson got married to Von Teese on November 2005, and then on late December 2006, Von Teese filed for divorce due to “irreconcilable differences”. Manson’s alcohol abuse and distant behavior were also cited as cause for the split. A judgement of divorce was entered in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 27, 2007.

Meanwhile, not only an actress, on October last year, it was reported that Evan Rachel Wood will sign a record deal with Interscope Records. She is currently working on her long-anticipated debut album. Looks like she has a hidden talent, and will try to follow her ex-boyfriend’s steps, maybe?

Well anyhow, the separation might be the best decision that Wood made. Come on girl, find another man that doesn’t look as frightening as Manson, will ya?!
