Maybe living in the Atlantis is safer than living on earth. I assume Jason Momoa will agreeing the statement.

Momoa, the star of Stargate: Atlantis -often abbreviated as SGA-, was attacked with a broken beer glass at a Hollywood restaurant November 15. He and the attacker were had an argument earlier before the incident, and then the guy hit Momoa in the face with a pint glass. The incident caused Momoa to had 140 stitches and subsequent reconstructive surgery.

On Friday, Los Angeles County prosecutors announced that they have charged 21-year-old Dominic Bando for allegedly striking the 29-year-old actor with a deadly weapon. According to jail records, Bando was arrested and released that day by Los Angeles police. Bando is free on $30,000 bail, and his arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 10. If convicted, he faces seven years in the prison for carrying a loaded firearm.

Momoa plays Ronon Dex on SGA, and the role has been going on for 3 years. He was previously known as one of the lifeguards from television series, Baywatch. He already had a daughter, Lola Iolani Momoa, with Cosby Show alumni, Lisa Bonet. Last month, Bonet confirmed that she was pregnant with the couple’s second child.
