From a forest into the office.

Actor and comedian Jack Black, the voice of ‘Po’, the main character in the movie Kung Fu Panda, is headed to be a guest star in the popular comedy series The Office. He will appear in an episode slated to air during a big-rating time slot, which is straight after the Super Bowl in February 2009. The episode that will be titled “Stress Relief,” tells a story about the office crew will secretly watch a bootlegged Hollywood film while on the job. There is no word yet on what role Black will play on the show, but his appearance must be adding the fun in the sitcom!

Black’s latest movie was Tropic Thunder, where he played alongside other funny men; including Ben Stiller and Robert Downey, Jr. When he became the voice of ‘Po’ in Kung Fu Panda, it seems that Black’s soul trapped in a panda’s body. He did a great job on that animation movie. He is reportedly will still be the voice of ‘Po’, for the sequel movie, slated to be released 2011, Kung Fu Panda 2.

Can’t wait for the movie, and unpatiently waiting for “The Office”? Be patient until another two years for the sequel, and remember to tune in on NBC every Thursday nights at 9 p.m. then!
