Wanted: Music Video Director for Usher

Are you a teenager that have a life long dream to be a director? Directing a music video for an artist? And if the artist is Usher, will that added a plus? Well… if that’s the job you’ve been looking for, this is an opportunity for you!

The Moving Mountains singer is looking for an aspiring teen filmmaker to direct a music video for his new album, planned to be released next year. Talking about the great job opportunity, this (newly) father of two said in a statement, “It gives me another way to give back, inspire young people and also reinvent music videos.”

So, for those of you who are in the ages 13 to 18, you can apply at Got-Noise.com until January 31. Later in March, 20 finalists will be flown to Los Angeles. The contestants will have a week to work in two teams directly with the 30-year-old R&B heartthrob himself to conceptualize and create their videos. Both vids will debut in April, and fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite.

Not only doing the awesome job and making your dream come true, winners of the contest -sponsored by Body by Milk- will also receive Usher concert tickets, Apple laptops and editing software. A total dream job, don’t you think?! I drooled all over it!
