Following the allegations towards the two housekeepers of David and Victoria Beckham on October, no charges will be filed after investigation, police said Wednesday.

Looking back about two months ago, three people were arrested in October with two of them had worked for the celebrity couple as housekeepers, Eric and June Emmett. The other one is their son, Gareth Emmett. Hertfordshire Police said that after consulting with prosecutors, no charges will be filed in the alleged theft from the mansion in Sawbridgeworth, northwest of London. They said the injured party was aware of the status of the case, but provided no further details.

The Emmetts were accused of stealing memorabilia from the rich Brits and tried to sell it on online auction site eBay. The parents of former Spice Girl, Victoria reportedly spotted some of their daughter’s designer clothes on offer to bidders, along with the former England captain’s worn boots, and then discovered the items were missing from the couple’s mansion. Other items included football boots embroidered with the names of the couple’s three sons; Brooklyn, Cruz and Romeo. At the time, 55-year-old Eric Emmett said the allegations were “fabricated nonsense,” after his arrest.

Maybe this 33-year-old Real Madrid star and his wife just have to be more cautious next time, so incident like this won’t happened again. Or maybe, the couple should learn to not easily trust other people in their house…
