Foxy is Messy

This girl don’t know how to stay away from trouble. Only two weeks away from her prison home on Rikers Island, Foxy Brown got a bench warrant issued (5/5), after she failed to appear in Brooklyn Criminal Court yesterday morning.

Brown, who was released from prison on April 18, was due in court today, to face assault and weapons charges, stemming from an altercation with her Brooklyn neighbor. The charges are related to an incident involving the rapper’s Prospect Heights neighbor and the volume of Foxy’s car stereo. The entertainer allegedly struck the female neighbor, who also complained about Foxy’s entourage, with a Blackberry telephone, causing the woman to have a swollen lip, loose teeth and swelling in her right eye.

Brown is also due in court on later this week – May 8 – for additional assault charges related to an altercation at the Queen Beauty Supply Store in February of 2007, in Pembroke Pines, FL. Granted the rapper shows up to court as scheduled, she is expected to reach a plea with the State Attorney in Florida.

This is one naughty girl. Nuff said!
