Looks like this time the charm is working well. The actress who was known as Phoebe Halliwell in Charmed, Alyssa Milano is engaged. The happy news was confirmed by the actress’s rep.

After a year of dating, apparently 36-year-old Milano is ready to take a further step on her romantic relationship with an agent at the Creative Arts Agency, David Bugliari. It was reported that Bugliari proposed Milano on December 18, 2008, with a ring he designed that was made by Jim Lavi at Daniel Jewelry in La Jolla. No wedding date has been announced though.

This will be Milano’s second marriage. The former child starlet was previously married to singer/guitarist Cinjun Tate, and then later split in 1999. Milano has most recently seen in ten episodes of NBC’s comedy My Name Is Earl. She also starred in the 2008 film Pathology alongside Milo Ventimiglia.

Hopefully the marriage and the career worked together and well-balanced, Alyssa. Congrats to the couple!
