A sad news coming from a housewife.

Husband of Desperate Housewives star, Marcia Cross, has been diagnosed with cancer. As Heidi Slan, a representative for the red-haired actress said on Tuesday, stockbroker Tom Mahoney is currently under treatment and is responding very well, but didn’t provide further details about his condition.

Cross and Mahoney were married in June 2006, and they are the proud parents of 23-month-old fraternal twin daughters, Eden and Savannah. 46-year-old Cross currently plays as the uptight mother of two, Bree Hodge on the ABC’s hit series. She is one of the ‘housewives’ alongside Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, and Eva Longoria since 2004. She is also well-known for her role as Dr. Kimberly Shaw on the prime-time soap opera back in 90s, Melrose Place.
