Taylor Swift Designs Sundresses For Wal-Mart

Country’s sweetheart, Taylor Swift is not only good at singing. She is lengthen her CV by becoming a designer now.

The 19-year-old Fearless girl has launched a line of sundresses with teen favorite brand, L.E.I., exclusively for Wal-Mart. As the record-breaking singer said about her new love, “One of my favorite things to wear is a sundress, so I loved designing this new line with l.e.i.,” she also added, “It’s fun to find great clothes that are affordable, so hopefully fans will be happy to see my sundresses at Wal-Mart.”

The cute dresses will be available at Wal-Mart stores nationwide starting February 1st. Three styles of the 100% cotton creations will be available for the initial launch, with two more joining the collection on March 1. This is not Swift’s first co-operation with L.E.I., she was in the company’s denim campaign last year. And in this new project, Swift will also star in the ads.

Swift is really thinking about her fans when she was asked about where the inspiration came from. She shared her own experience, “I started brainstorming what I would wear this summer, on tour or hanging out at festivals when its hot outside. I was totally adamant that I wanted [the dresses] to be affordable. With my headlining tour, we are offering $20 tickets everywhere we go and I wanted to approach the sundress line in the same way.” she then continued, “To have cute dresses under $20 is something I am really proud of.”
