Good News For The O.C. Fans!

After being arrested for DUI on Dec 27, Mischa Barton (22), will accept a plea deal at her arraignment Thursday (4/10) in Beverly Hills court, so she doesn’t have to go to jail. Instead, she will serves a three-year unsupervised probation term.

She will also be sentenced to a 3 month of alcohol-education class, and she has to pay a fine of approximately $1,700. And because of the small amount found, the charge of marijuana possession has been dropped. another charge of driving without a license will be reduced to an infraction.

Well, hopefully this first time will also be the last for Mischa. just like what she said on Ryan Seacrest’s L.A. radio show (Jan 10): “Obviously I’m 100 percent responsible for my actions in this case. I’m really disappointed in myself. I don’t know what to say about it, except that I’m not perfect, and I just don’t ever intend to do something this stupid again.”

Now that’s what i call escape from the mice hole! yaay!
