Get Ready For The Sequel of “Sex and the City”!

We just can’t get enough of Carrie Bradshaw, aren’t we? Good news then, because she and her three best friends are going to hit the theaters once again in a sequel.

Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte will soon be seen in a sequel to the huge box office hit last year, Sex and the City: The Movie. A spokeswoman for New Line Cinema, Candice McDonough had confirmed that the foursome; Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis will reunited again for the sequel. Writer-director Michael Patrick King are also had been signed for the sequel.

King shared his excitement in a statement, “I’m very excited to work with these amazing actresses again and would love to give everyone more information about the sequel … but I’m busy with my `Sex’ life.” A few months ago, Cattrall, who plays Samantha Jones, told reporters that she was certain a sequel would happen. “The fans keep saying, ‘Yes, one more!’ The movie was so much fun to do and be part of again. I hope we’re going to do it again.” Although at that time it was a little bit too soon to tell, but it finally came true!

The second movie will be shooting this summer and due in theaters summer 2010. Oh I’m so excited! Can’t hardly wait for the movie!
