Details on Chris Brown’s Assault Case

It has been three days since Chris Brown made headlines with his domestic assault case to an unidentified woman.

In progress of the case, it had been confirmed that Brown’s longtime girlfriend, Rihanna was the victim. A source close to the investigation even shared a few shocking details that 20-year-old Disturbia singer has told the police. She reported that Brown choked her while threatening to kill her and she lost her consciousness because of the act.

It was started when the couple having arguments after leaving Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party late Saturday. Shortly after midnight, the bickering got worse. Brown pulled his silver Lambourghini to the side of a street in L.A.’s Hancock Park neighborhood. Rihanna then grabbed the car keys and tossed them out the window, sending Brown into a rage.

Brown tried to find the keys and didn’t succeed. He then came back to the car, put his hands around her neck and reportedly said to Rihanna, “I’m going to kill you!” A trustful source reported about Rihanna’s condition; her right eye was blackened and badly swollen and she had hand prints on her arms. When the officials came, they drove Rihanna to the hospital immediately. The officers also took two sets of photographs of the banged-up singer, one at the scene and the second after she was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment. Those photos were among the evidences presented to the D.A.

The singer whose real name Robyn Rihanna Fenty was later escorted by the police down a rear elevator and into a waiting Mercedes after being treated for her injuries. Not long after that, 19-year-old Brown was booked on suspicion of making criminal threats. He was released after posting $50,000 bail. Prosecutors have requested further investigation into Brown’s alleged assault of Rihanna early Sunday morning. Spokesperson for the D.A., Jane Robison confirmed the news, but declined to give further details.

Until now, Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, and his publicist haven’t made any comments. it’s exactly the same thing from Rihanna’s camp. I guess we’ll just see what happen in the next few days then!
