The case of Chris Brown’s assault against Rihanna is progressing.
After got busted last Sunday and then released on $50,000 bail, 19-year-old Chris Brown is now waiting for the development of his case. It is reported that Rihanna won’t sue Brown for his harsh act. (Even though Rihanna’s pictures after the incident that circled around the internet these few days showed a pretty bad beaten up result on her lovely face.)

On Thursday, prosecutors say they don’t expect charges will be filed against him this week in an alleged domestic-violence case. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office requested that police provide more information about the incident before they continuing the case. According to District Attorney’s spokeswoman, Jane Robison, the office does not expect detectives to return to present their case this week. Police need more time to build the case, which probably for another several weeks.
Robison also added, if the Forever singer is later charged with a crime, he will have to appear on a March 5 court date that is stated in the jail records. We’ll see the upcoming result then, be patient and stay tune!

Oh dear god i can’t believe what I’m reading!! How can girls defend chris brown? I don’t know wether he’s a great guy or not but what he did is completely unforgiveble!! But what amazes me is that she is gonna go back with him!! No woman deserves to be beaten up period.
