Looks like Lindsay Lohan can breathe easily now… She is no longer wanted by the police.

A $50,000 arrest warrant that was ordered last Friday for the actress had been withdrawn yesterday. A Beverly Hills judge ruled that Lohan had not violated her probation for a 2007 drunken driving conviction.

Early Monday, Judge Marsha Revel determined that the 22-year-old actress has been complying with the terms of her probation after meeting with Lohan’s lawyer. But according to the judge, Lohan needs to show her treatment program better results to avoid future court problems. The judge also noted that she has not failed any drug or alcohol tests.

Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, presented Revel with documentation Monday morning that her client had not violated her probation. As Holley said about the matter, “As you saw in court, this was really much ado about nothing.”

The Bobby actress was arrested May 2007 after her Mercedes-Benz hit a tree in Beverly Hills. She later took rehab, but was caught two months later for another DUI and for possession of cocaine. It led Lohan to served 84 minutes behind bars in November 2007, had to perform 10 hours community service and undergo drug & alcohol rehabilitation treatment.

Although Lohan did not attend Monday’s hearing, but her lawyer submitted proof of the actress’s compliance with the order at Monday’s brief hearing and the Beverly Hills Superior Court quashed the arrest warrant.

The Goddess of fortune is still on Lohan’s side this time. Lohan must have said “Phew!” right now…
