Slumdog Millionaire’s Couple Became A Real Life Couple!

Looks like Slumdog Millionaire is not only an Oscar winner, but a hearts-winning movie too.

In the storyline, the movie had made Dev Patel and Freida Pinto a couple, after overcoming so much obstacles to finally be together. And it turns out, the love between their characters evolved to their real life.

As confirmed by Dev Patel’s mother, Anita Patel, her son in now in a relationship with co-star Freida Pinto. She said, “First it was the film and now everything else seems to have slotted into place.” then she added, “Life can’t get any better for him. Freida is really beautiful, and I am really happy for them.”

The pair was recently caught enjoying an intimate lunch date in Tel Aviv, Israel, where 24-year-old was there to shoot a movie. Anita also shared that 19-year-old Dev Patel flew there just to see the Mumbai-born actress.

It was reported that they spent a few hours together in a hotel before take a few walks around the harbor and an early champagne dinner at a seaside restaurant. Eyewitnesses also said Pinto couldn’t keep her hands off Patel. The couple spent their time at the table smooching and holding hands.

That’s definitely signs that they’re both in love! Congrats new lovebirds ;)
