Mischa Barton Launches Headband Collection

Former star of The O.C., Mischa Barton has already been known as one of fashion icons. Back when The O.C. was a big hit, female teens and tweens everywhere looked up Barton and co-star Rachel Bilson as their style trendsetter.

The reputation apparently fits Barton perfectly, especially because she is now spreading her wings in becoming a fashion designer too. She works together with designer Stacey Lapidus, to develop her headband collection, one of the accessories which this London-born actress often seen with.

When asked about the source of her inspiration for the products, the 23-year-old actress explained that she found them in her jet set lifestyle. “I’ve been working in the likes of India, Milan, Paris, London, Montreal, L.A, and NYC,” she said. “My style has been somewhat boho chic, which I think is a result of having traveled so extensively throughout the course of the past year.”

Barton’s headbands will prolong her list of work results, as she had previously designed handbags. Who knows what other things she planned to design in the future, but so far, her work is great.
