Wedding bells will be soon heard for Meg White.

The drummer from The White Stripes duo, Meg White is reportedly engaged to guitarist Jackson Smith, the son of iconic rockers Patti Smith and Fred Smith. Her rep tells the good news, saying, “I can confirm Meg and Jackson will be married some time this year.”

To 34-year-old White, this will be her second marriage. She was previously married to her White Stripes bandmate Jack White back in 1996, and got divorced in 2000. Jack White is now married to model Karen Elson.

He and Meg are still performing together, although the band are currently on hiatus. Jack is reportedly focusing his new band called Dead Weather, that will release a record this June.

Congrats Meg, may the second time be everlasting!
