Kiefer Sutherland Made Peace With Fashion Designer

Kiefer Sutherland is heading to road of peace.

The actor and fashion designer Jack McCollough have resolved their differences, as Sutherland had apologized to the alleged victim of a headbutting incident that got him arrested early this month.

Through his attorney, Sutherland and McCollough issued a brief joint statement last Friday, where the 24 star stated, “I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr. McCollough was injured.” Which McCollough replied, “I appreciate Mr. Sutherland’s statement and wish him well.”

With this resolution, chances of the charges to be dropped is increasing. 42-year-old Sutherland was charged with third-degree assault (a misdemeanor) and got his next scheduled court on June 22. Still no comment from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, but hopefully the case will be dismissed, and lead to a happy ending.

After all, we will miss Jack Bauer very much if he goes to jail!
