Step Up Costars Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum Tied the Knot

It’s a match made on the dance floor for Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum.

Rep for both sides had confirmed that the Step Up costars exchanged their “I dos” on Saturday afternoon in Malibu. They were married in a brief 15-minute ceremony at a private estate overlooking the ocean, named Church Estates Vineyards. It’s the same place where Fergie and Josh Duhamel got married last January.

29-year-old Tatum was dressed in Giorgio Armani, while 28-year-old Dewan was wearing a white sweetheart strapless gown with a long veil from Reem Acra, accompanied by Neil Lane’s jewelries.

The bridesmaids wore light pink dresses, one of them was Haylie Duff. Emmanuelle Chriqui served as maid of honor and Haylie Duff’s boyfriend, What I Like About You star, Nick Zano was a groomsman.

About 220 guests witnessed the nuptials, including Step Up franchise producer Adam Shankman and actor Marlon Wayans. “They’re a really cool couple,” said Neil Lane, who worked closely with the newlyweds in designing their rings. “They complement each other and are playful and sweet. They laugh together and they’re clearly really in love.”

The wedding was arranged by event planner Mindy Weiss, with fairies theme. Weiss included two flower girls who walked down the aisle wearing wings. The outdoor ceremony was followed by a sit-down reception in a tent, decorated by Mark’s Garden with thousands of roses, hydrangeas and orchids in reds, fuchsia and blush.

Cake Divas made the wedding cake, that was shaped as a magic castle filled with fairies in several flavors: red velvet, chocolate with chocolate fudge, and white with “funfetti” frosting, a favorite of the newlyweds. Guests were given crystals as favors.

Dewan and Tatum enjoyed their first dance to Hawaiian artist Israel “Iz” Ka’ano’i Kamakawiwo’ole’s version of Somewhere over the Rainbow, followed by Adele’s Make You Feel My Love.

The hot Hollywood couple started dating after they met on the set of their 2005 dance movie, Step Up. Tatum proposed September last year in Maui with a Neil Lane engagement ring. Tatum will soon be seen in the fall action movie G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra opposite Marlon Wayans and Dennis Quaid.
