Joel Madden is Working on Memoir

Not only being a frontman of rock band Good Charlotte and a producer, Joel Madden is in the process spreading his wings wider by becoming an author.

The husband of Nicole Richie had confirmed that he is now working on a book, as he said last Saturday before taking the field in the Hollywood Stars Celebrity Softball game at Dodger Stadium, “I’m lightly working on one. but I don’t want to put a book out there if it’s not actually meaningful. I’m not going to go there unless I can deliver.”

30-year-old Madden is acted in secrecy when talking about his latest project, but he’s willing to share a bit of his upcoming book, saying, “It would be about my life. It would be about, mostly, the big changes in my life: Kids, relationships, moving to L.A…the big life changes that I’ve gone through.”

Madden who is now expecting a second child with wife Richie also added some of his personal intentions, “If I put a book out, I want it to be something that matters to me. It has to be real, you can’t just put a book out, to put a book out. I want every page to mean something.”
