After being treated for about two weeks, finally some good news about Mischa Barton’s health.

Her rep, Craig Schneider reported yesterday that the former O.C. star is “improving and doing well” since her discharge from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Schneider didn’t say exactly when Barton was discharged, but only said, “I can confirm that she’s left the hospital with the intention to resume production [of her new show].”

Not only confirming about the health condition of the 23-year-old actress, Schneider also confirmed about Barton’s capability to join the cast of The Beautiful Life, a new drama series that was produced by Ashton Kutcher. Barton is expected to be in the CW show’s shooting location when it resumes production in the coming weeks.
