Lindsay Lohan Stole a Mink Coat?

Trouble has never been far from Lindsay Lohan. The actress has been sued by a New York college student, claiming that Lindsay Lohan took her mink coat without permission after both women attended a party at a Manhattan nightclub.

The girl named Maria Markova said in a lawsuit filed Monday (5/19) that Lohan, 21, took the $12,000 golden sheared mink coat while in the nightclub 1 Oak on Jan. 26. She sued the ‘Bobby’ actress for damages, because the coat was eventually returned to her smelling of “cigarettes and liquor”.

22-year-old Columbia University student said the coat, which is a gift from her grandmother, disappeared in January during a private party at the trendy 1Oak nightclub, where Lohan, 21, was also a guest. According to Markova’s attorney, Merrill Cohen, some time later, Markova saw Lohan posing in the coat in a photograph in OKMagazine. Unfortunately, representative for Lohan was not immediately available for comment.

Lindsay should avoid the paps if she didn’t want to get caught in the act with stolen goods, right?!
