Mark Wahlberg Finally Tied the Knot with Longtime Girlfriend

Long awaited, but worth every second.

On Saturday, actor Mark Wahlberg finally married his longtime girlfriend and the mother of his three children, Rhea Durham. They exchanged “I do’s” at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Beverly Hills, in an intimate and romantic ceremony attended by their children (5-year-old Ella Rae, 3-year-old Michael, and 10-month-old Brendan Joseph) and about 12 close friends and family.

38-year-old Wahlberg donned a dark suit, while the 31-year-old bride wore a white strapless Marchesa gown with silver embroidery and a Neil Lane diamond-and-platinum cushion-cut ring complemented by a diamond bracelet and earrings. An eyewitness shared, “She looked like a princess and beyond stunning. Mark looked ecstatic.”

The Four Brothers actor was reportedly spent a quiet pre-wedding moment alone at the church Friday afternoon. And when asked by the media outside the church before the ceremony began, Wahlberg said he felt “pretty good.” The ceremony then took about 45 minutes in the church, which was decorated with candles and pink and light purple roses.

Wahlberg and Durham have been together since 2001. When the couple showed up at Graumann’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood October last year for Max Payne movie premiere, Wahlberg told medias about the couple’s wedding plan in August. It finally came true!

Wahlberg will next star in a movie directed by Peter Jackson, entitled The Lovely Bones opposite Rachel Weisz, in theaters on December 11. Congrats for the wedding Mark, and we can’t wait to see your new movie!
