Eric Dane’s Nude Threesome Video Leak

Eric Dane is nicknamed McSteamy in medical drama Grey’s Anatomy, and apparently the nickname is also fit for his latest video leak.

Yup, the video leak that had been widely discussed and had caused internet frenzy last weekend, is a video showing Eric Dane, his wife actress Rebecca Gayheart and ex-beauty queen/Playboy model Kari Ann Peniche in apparently compromising positions.

The video that was first came up in Gawker, showed all three parties wander around someone’s house naked and getting steamier in a bathtub. The video had been edited, only showing major nudity but there’s no sex acts.

Commenting about the video, the actor’s lawyer, Marty Singer, released a statement Monday evening, saying that, “This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public.”

The statement continues, “Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ’sex tape.’ It is a private tape made for only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability.”

36-year-old Dane gained his fame after join the cast of Grey’s Anatomy, as plastic surgeon Mark Sloan. He was nicknamed McSteamy as an answer to Patrick Dempsey’s character that was nicknamed McDreamy. His wife, Rebecca Gayheart is known for being “the Noxema girl” and once played an ill-fated love interest for Dylan McKay on the original Beverly Hills, 90210.

The third woman in the video reportedly is Kari Ann Peniche, who in 2002 was crowned Miss Oregon Teen USA but was later stripped of the title after posing nude in the November 2004 issue of Playboy. Peniche had also once engaged to former teen idol, Aaron Carter.
