Billy Joel is Selling Homes in the Hamptons for 35 Million Dollars!

If you like to live in luxurious homes, you should buy some from Billy Joel!

After separating from his third wife, Katie Lee Joel in June, the Can’t Smile Without You singer is selling a pair of adjacent homes in the Hamptons for $35 million.

Those two houses on sale are: the bigger one once belonged to the late Jaws actor, Roy Scheider, that 60-year-old Joel bought it for his newlywed wife in 2004. And the second one is a bungalow on adjacent property which he purchased in 2007.

According to real estate agent Biana Stepanian, the larger home is selling for $22.5 million and the bungalow is selling for $12.5 million. The area near the eastern tip of Long Island is the summer home of some of the world’s wealthiest business leaders and celebrities, including Steven Spielberg, Jerry Seinfeld and Paul Simon.

The reason is unclear, but perhaps, selling homes is the right way to him to separate completely from his failed marriage. So, anyone interested?
