Griefs for DJ AM

The news of DJ AM’s death was definitely a shocker, especially to those who were close to him.

Among his best friends, former drummer of Blink-182, Travis Barker was one of the closest; both were great friends, professional partners, and also both survived a plane crash in September 2008.

With his relationship to the late DJ, no wonder 33-year-old Barker felt a deep sadness. His sentiments were share through his Twitter account, where Barker wrote, “Rest In Peace my brother, this really f—s me up. I’ll never forget everything we’ve been thru and every time i play the drums i’ll think of you.” He continued, “U were an amazing friend/DJ/human being … Don’t know how i am gonna play 2night but i am for AM. My brother is gone.i love u and miss u, i’ll never forget all the good times we had.”

Not only Barker, other celebrities tweets similar posts, such as;
Lindsay Lohan: nononononono what????? i can’t believe this.. i’m in shock. why? why? r.i.p. Adam
John Mayer: In complete shock …I really want to use words right now but I can’t get em. F—… We’re supposed to lose our friends to time, at an age when we’re ready to agree to the terms of having lived a long life. Not now.
Ryan Seacrest: So sad the hear about adam. a very kind and generous guy.
Tony Hawk: Not everything happens for a reason. Thinking of you, @trvsbrkr. Stay strong.
Shanna Moakler: My deepest condolences are to DJ AM, he was a great artist and will be severely missed. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. My support and love goes out to Travis, as I know how hard this is for him and how close they were.
Khole Kardashian: Tell your loved ones you love them every chance you get. You never know when it will be the last time. God bless DJ AM. I love you.

Fellow DJ, Sam Ronson also said in a statement, “I just can’t wrap my head around it – I don’t want to believe it’s real – and nothing I can say will serve his memory any justice right now … I’m just f-ng sad sad.”

We definitely shared the same feelings. May you rest in peace, DJ AM…
