Oprah Winfrey Vegan Days

Oprah Winfrey makes another health cautious movement! She has been teamed up with Bob Greene, or shared her tips of diet on her show. And this time Oprah will try something new.

One of the richest women in the world is going to vegan for 21 days as part of a cleanse, or detox, you could say. After rereading the book “A New Earth”, Oprah was inspired to remove meat and animal products from her life for a brief time.

Oprah won’t eat any meat at all; no chicken, no beef, no lamb, even fish. no meat! Oprah said she’s not sure how going vegan will change her life, but is up for the challenge. Just like she wrote on her daily blog of Vegan Days, “Don’t know if I’m going to feel better or worse, but I’m willing to try to see if my body at least feels differently”.

If this vegan diet gives your body better result, Oprah’s diet is definitely worth to try!
