It’s a daughter for David Boreanaz!

The Bones actor and wife, Jaime Bergman, welcomed a baby girl on Monday, and named her Bardot Vita Boreanaz. The long-awaited baby weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., and will completed the little family, by joining her big brother, 7-year-old Jaden Rayne.

40-year-old Boreanaz had been staying close to home, to stay beside Bergman, who had been on bed-rest for quite some time. He was absent at the Comic-con event a few months ago to accompanying his wife at home. On an interview, Boreanaz once said that he must maintain a 20-mile radius and cannot travel beyond that, in case his wife went into labor. Thank God, he and 33-year-old Bergman can breathe a sigh of relief now.

Boreanaz will soon be seen on the new season of Bones, that will premiere Sept. 17 at 8 p.m. EST on Fox. Congrats for the baby, David, and we can’t wait to see you back as Seeley Booth!
