Lady Gaga Will Tour on Her Own

Only a day after the news about Kanye West and Lady Gaga’s tour cancellation broke, a light of hope is shining for Lady Gaga’s fans.
The Poker Face singer announced that she will have her own tour without West. Before accepting the “Rising Star” honor at Billboard’s annual Women in Music event Friday, 23-year-old Gaga said, “We mutually decided to cancel the tour. He’s going to take some time off, but I’m not. Kanye and I talked about it. We talked about it a lot, as well as with Live Nation.”
She previously had tweeted about the news, “Still leaving on solo TOUR this nov. Announcing next week. leaked next single is makin my ears bleed. Wait till you hear the real version ;)”
At first, there’s no further explanation about why the tour is being canceled. But in her Twitter feed, Gaga’s longtime choreographer, Lori Ann Gibson wrote that “creative differences” between the Gaga and West led to the tour’s abrupt demise.
And then when asked about West’s stage-jacking act towards Taylor Swift at MTV VMA a few weeks ago, Gaga said while she didn’t approve of what West did, he is a friend and she is standing by him “because everyone makes mistakes and it is important to forgive one another.”
Well then, Gaga’s fans must be happy about the news. Good luck on the tour!
