Penelope Cruz Will Appear in Sex and the City Movie Sequel

The four awesome ladies of Sex and the City; Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte, will be joined by another beauty in their movie sequel, Penelope Cruz.

35-year-old Cruz won’t star in the movie as a cameo, but she will play the role of a banker. Her character reportedly will give Carrie Bradshaw some troubles, as she’s getting closer to Mr. Big, Carrie’s husband.

Other guest stars in the sequel are Liza Minnelli and Jason Lewis. Lewis is reprising his role as Samantha’s younger ex, the “Hollywood It Model”, Smith Jerrod. While 63-year-old Minnelli will be appearing as cameo.

The movie will be released next summer. Get ready for more Sex and the City!
